Skincare AI — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Skincare AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Skincare AI.
2. What Skincare AI Is
Skincare AI provides AI-generated skincare analysis and product recommendations for informational and educational purposes only. Skincare AI is not a medical service. We are not dermatologists. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Medical Disclaimer
This is important — please read it. Skincare AI's analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider before making significant changes to your skincare routine, especially if you have a diagnosed skin condition, allergies, or are using prescription medication. Skincare AI is not liable for any skin reactions, irritation, or adverse effects resulting from following recommendations generated by this platform. All product recommendations should be patch-tested before full use.
4. Your Responsibilities
By using Skincare AI you agree to: use the service only for lawful personal purposes, upload only photos of yourself — not other people without their explicit consent, not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit any part of this platform, maintain the security of your account credentials, and provide accurate information when creating an account.
5. Intellectual Property
The Skincare AI name, logo, design, and all original content on this platform are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of Skincare AI without written permission. Your uploaded photos remain your own property.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their account. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
7. Affiliate Links
Skincare AI participates in affiliate programs. When you click a product link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our recommendations — products are recommended based on your skin analysis, not commercial relationships.
8. Limitation of Liability
Skincare AI is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
