1. Introduction
Skincare AI provides AI-powered skin analysis to help you understand your skin better. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using Skincare AI, you agree to this policy.
2. What We Collect
Your photo: Your uploaded photo is processed transiently — meaning it is used only to generate your analysis in real time and is never stored on our servers. No copy of your photo exists after your analysis is complete. Your email address: Collected only if you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan. Used solely to manage your account and communicate with you. Usage data: We collect anonymous, non-identifiable data about how the service is used — such as pages visited and features used. This data cannot be traced back to you individually. Payment information: We do not collect or store payment details. All payments are handled entirely by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We never see your card number.
3. Why We Collect It
Your photo → to generate your skin analysis. Your email → to manage your account and subscription. Usage data → to improve the service. Nothing else.
4. Who We Share It With
We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service — including AI processing, cloud hosting, and payment processing partners. We share only the minimum data required. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data for advertising purposes. Ever.
5. How Long We Keep It
Your photo: never stored beyond the moment of analysis. Account and analysis data: retained while your account is active. On account deletion: all your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymous usage data: deleted after 90 days.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data at any time, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at skincareaiapp.contact@gmail.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the app to function — such as keeping you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
8. Children
Skincare AI is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used our service, contact us and we will delete any associated data immediately.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of Skincare AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
